Welcome to Bell & Ground, a series of seven single-kettlebell workouts.

All you need for these workouts is a single kettlebell and a flat surface.

The featured workouts utilize exercises that can be done by kettlebell practitioners of all levels. So whether you're a kettlebell beginner or you've already mastered the bell, these workouts are for you!

Bell & Ground is designed to be used with kettlebells of any weight, with rep count options for light, medium, and heavy bells. No customization of these workouts is necessary--just select the proper bell and follow along.
