Bell & Clock
Welcome to Bell & Clock, a series of seven single-kettlebell EMOM workouts that are designed to be completed in 30 minutes or less.
All you need for these workouts is a single kettlebell, a flat surface, and a pull-up bar (and probably an interval timer app, to keep track of time!)
The featured workouts utilize exercises that can be done by kettlebell practitioners of all levels. So whether you're a kettlebell beginner or you've already mastered the bell, these workouts are for you!
Bell & Clock is designed to be used with kettlebells of any weight, with rep count options for light, medium, and heavy bells. No customization of these workouts is necessary--just select the proper bell and follow along.
